Meet Melanie Morrison

Your time is now.

I built Her Next Phase in the quiet in-between moments.
Between deployments.
Between mothering.
Between wondering if I was allowed to want more.

For years, my life was shaped by resilience and responsibility. Military family life taught me strength. Motherhood taught me devotion. And entrepreneurship taught me how deeply women crave connection and meaning, even when they don’t yet have language for it.

From multi-level marketing to soulful leadership, every phase of my life was preparing me for this work.

Not hustle. Not performance. But presence.

Midlife Is Not a Crisis. It’s a Calling.

Midlife was the moment I stopped pushing and started listening.

Listening to my body.
Listening to my energy.
Listening to the quiet knowing that whispered: there is more, and it’s softer than you think.

Her Next Phase was born from that listening.

This brand is an invitation for women who are done shrinking, done rushing, done fixing themselves.
Women who are ready to honor beauty as ritual.
Care as sacred.
Softness as strength.

From Ritual to Energy Work

As my own healing deepened, so did my understanding of how profoundly our energy holds our stories.

Haircare rituals became grounding practices.
Slowness became medicine.
And eventually, Reiki found me.

Reiki felt like a natural extension of everything I was already holding space for — restoration, balance, and coming home to the body.

Today, I offer Reiki sessions both from my home space and within a wellness clinic, creating safe, sacred environments where women can rest, release, and reconnect.

No fixing.
No forcing.
Just gentle energy work that meets you exactly where you are.

What I Believe

I believe beauty should reconnect you to yourself, not chase youth.
I believe rituals matter because intention matters.
I believe midlife is a sacred threshold, not something to rush through.

Whether I’m guiding a hair ritual, planning a soulful event, or holding space through Reiki, my work is rooted in the same truth:

You don’t need to become someone else.
You need to come home to yourself.

Welcome to Her Next Phase.

I’m honored you’re here.
